Definitions

“Appitizer.net” stands for our website, service, and platform that help convert websites to mobile applications.

“User” means any individual, group, or entity who is visiting, browsing or accessing our services.

“Subscription” is referring to the paid plans necessary to build, maintain, and service mobile applications.

“App” means a mobile application built with our platform.

Service Overview

Appitizer.net is a platform that enables users to set their site up as a fully functional mobile app for Android and iOS.

The applications built on our solution are hosted and maintained under a paid subscription.

Our platform allows users to customize design components, send push notifications, and manage app updates.

Subscription & Payments

Each app (project) needs its own subscription.

They’re responsible for delivering subscription fees monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly based on the pricing plan chosen.

Payments — The payments are through integrated payment provider, PayPal.

If a subscription is not renewed:

• They lose the ability to build apps.
• push notifications shall no longer be sent.
• Those using the app who go to open it will see a “Project Unavailable” notice.

Refund Policy

By paying for any of our services/packages, it means that you have acknowledged and agreed to our Refund Policy, that no refunds will be made once you paid. Therefore, your responsibility is to be aware of this before purchasing or paying for any of our services. We do offer a software “as is”, without warranty.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own app content. You must ensure that your app content complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Apps created using Appitizer.net can’t have illegal or objectionable material.
• You set up valid billing information and keep your subscriptions current.
• The apps must comply with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.

Intellectual Property

Appitizer.net owns the Platforms, services and software used to build mobile apps.

Users own the content and branding on their app that links to their website.

Appitizer.net services may not be resold or redistributed by users without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Appitizer.net shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business impact as a result of:

• Subscription lapses.
• Third-party restrictions (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store policies).

Packaging of the app is strictly in accordance with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, compliance to be followed by the User.

Termination & Availability of Service

We aim for 99.9% suppertime but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Appitizer.net also reserves the right to suspend or cancel any accounts for any user who violates our terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions can’t be cancelled from the dashboard, but will continue to the end of the billing cycle.

Privacy Policy

• We collect minimal user data needed for billing, authentication, and application management.

• We process payment information securely through third party providers.
• We will not sell, exchange, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We will update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of Appitizer.net after changes means, you agreed to the updated terms.
